Jaswinder Bains — known simply as ‘Jas’ to every client — started Seaside Home Constructions in 1993 with a singular belief: that building a home should be a personal experience, not an industrial process.
Over 30 years, Jas has personally overseen every project that bears the Seaside Home Constructions name. He is the first on site and the last to leave. He knows his clients by name. He attends every council inspection. This isn’t a franchise or a volume builder — it’s a craftsman with a licence.
Jas lives in the community he builds for. His children went to local schools. His clients become his neighbours. That personal stake in South Brisbane’s neighbourhoods is reflected in every home he builds.
